Senior Planning Engineer Job - Living In Egypt

1.Preparation of tentative & Baseline time schedules for the projects in the initiating and planning phases to achieve the stakeholders requirements within the projects triple constraints of Time, Cost and Quality.
2.Resources allocation on the master program to reflect the work schedule requirements.
3.Preparation of Progress monitoring reports, Look ahead and periodical updates to ensure that the project milestones and deliverables of cost and time are met in accordance with the target baseline programs.
4.Identify projects cost and time overrun risks in a timely manner to allow and prepare recovery, mitigation and acceleration plans, supported by the corrective actions required in cases of Slippages, variances from the measurement baseline during the execution and control phases.
5.Preparation of claim schedules for extension of time as per the contractual conditions for the ongoing projects.
6.Monitor sub-contractors schedules and detailed engineering tasks and advise the project manager of potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
7.Analyze tender documents (Specs, drawings, BOQ & contractual conditions) to prepare time and cost Tendering offers for the company's project.
8.Preparation of the monthly progress reports and updating the project baseline schedule according to the site progress, highlighting variances, slippages of time and cost and scope deviation to higher management.
9.Preparation of the monthly payment certificates and sub-contractors payments, with the supporting documents e.g. take off sheets, cost breakdowns, variations and Ensuring submittal of the contractual payments to client on a timely basis, tied to actual progress rates and contracts conditions.
10.Preparation of the project claims for the extension of time by applying project delays on the baseline schedule and the preparation of the claim narrative and supporting documents as per the conditions of contract.
